Flower Rainbow II
It's a rainbow of flowers!
This was created with 54 photographs of flowers I've taken from the past few weeks in Ottawa and put together with PSP8. It was originally planned to be 7x7, but I kept on expanding and changing the idea, and ended up with 6x9.
These flowers were found in parks, gardens or fields in Ottawa and Hull. I tried not to use just plain leaves, and tried to use interesting flower-like plants.
None of the individual photos have been altered in terms of colour, brightness, contrast etc, I only cropped and resized.
The hardest part was picking which flowers to use, and how to get the colours to fit the best. I think I've taken over 500 photos for this project ^^' I originally wanted to put white flowers around the border, but it looks good like this, and I think the white would be too distracting. Maybe I'll compile the white flowers separately.
The print doesn't have the watermark on it.
