Happy birthday Murrue-san!
Since her birthday is in October, and where I live, it's autumn at this time, and there are lots of pretty leaves around. So I drew Murrue in an autumn setting. ^__^ I like drawing leaves. (yay an actual semi-background!)
I thought about putting Mwu in there to celebrate her birthday with her, but ended up deciding to just make a portrait of her to celebrate.
Tried a new technique this time, where I didn't bother use dark lineart and worked straight from the sketch.
Hurray for reference pictures! (I took a photo of myself in the pose and used it as reference).

I like the fallen leaves, though.
Here the leaves are still green, but it's finally gotten colder. It was 80F last week and now it's 50F. It's so nice. ^^
I think this new non-dark lineart looks better.
